The Càntir Museum of Argentona is municipally owned and has a consulting and advisory body which is the Municipal Council of the Cântir Museum from the year 2022

The Municipal Council of Càntir Museum of Argentona

The Council is governed by a regulation and is made up of:
- President, who is the councilor for Culture.
- Vice President.
- A maximum of nine members appointed by the Plenary of the City Council.
- Two representatives of the Friends of the museum.
- One representative for each municipal political group.

On July 17, 2024, the Board of Governors is made up of:

President: Quim Capdevila Colominas
Vice-president: Joan Carles Belso Boba
Vocals: Carme Calafell Polls, Ester Campanario Pujol, Joan Guardia Amatller, Joan Majó Cruzate, Pere Pascual Martí, Joan Poch Català, Enric Traby Isagüe, Isidre Viñas Llebot.
Representatives of the municipal political groups: Ricard Aymerich Balagueró (UNITAT), Montserrat Brugal Piñol (PSC), Ivan Bustos (ERC), Montse Cervantes Codina (JUNTS), Francisco Fragoso Escribano (PP), Meritxell Jubany Casals (TXA), Cristina Maynou ( Now Argentona).

The museum team

The museum's work team is made up of four people, all full-time:
