Argillà Argentona – International Ceramics Festival

The Argentona International Ceramics Fair, the most important ceramics fair in Catalonia, has been held for more than thirty years and has a long tradition and popular roots. It has a loyal audience of around 30,000 people and the participation of some 70 artisans from around the world who turn the town of Maresme into a bustle of street parties and popular culture. It is characterized by being a fair of quality ceramics and pottery that is sold directly to the public in the streets of the center of the town, with clay artisans from all over Catalonia, Spain and other countries in Europe and the world, who stop at the street to offer visitors their production. A strict selection is made of the artisans who participate and the products they offer, to guarantee maximum authenticity, quality and geographical and artistic diversity in the products on display.

Starting in 2024, the fair will change its name, becoming Argillà Argentona - International Ceramics Festival. It is not a radical or sudden change, but an evolution of what has been until now.
