María Oriza Pérez is one of Spain's great contemporary ceramists, with a work of great personality that makes her absolutely unique and distinct, with a highly developed technique, although she is not very well known outside specialized circles.

Oriza lives and has his workshop in Madrid. He has almost never exhibited in Catalonia, so his exhibition in Argentona can be considered an important milestone in his career and also an important event for the Catalan public.
