Júlia Lladó (Argentona, 2000) is a visual artist and photographer who constructs her work as a search for identity, focused on the exploration of the body and skin as artistic materials. Through her work, she questions stereotypes, challenges taboos and reflects on oppressed groups, incorporating in some projects a personal look at queerness and mental health.

BETWEEN MATTER AND EMOTION, NOTHING IS FLAT

This collection of works is a soft cry that springs from within, a contained explosion of feelings and experiences materialized through cement.

Lines and spaces that do not seek formal perfection; each stroke and texture is a spontaneous gesture, driven by instinct rather than by the norm. The work is born from a direct dialogue with the materials, from the inner silence that becomes a visual voice.

Toll. Nefer Rovira

The artist Nefer Rovira, with a long and prolific career spanning disciplines such as drawing, painting, poster design, puppetry, and stage design, exhibits her most recent work at the Museo del Càntir in Argentona, focusing on the goddess Demeter.

Vallverdú. Dones, Bruixes i Deesses

Vallverdú, an artist of terracotta sculptures, often large-format, presents us in this exhibition, at the Museu del Càntir d’Argentona, mostly small-format works to create an intimate connection with the spectators and invite them to a more personal and direct reflection.

Olga Serral i Clarós. Cruïlla

Cruïlla is the title of the exhibition by artist Olga Serral i Clarós that can be seen in the exhibition hall of the Museu del Càntir until March 30.

The main protagonist of this exhibition is paper, a handmade paper that she makes herself using different production techniques and that becomes her way of expressing herself.

Eva Roučka. Records de la Xina

Eva Roučka is a multifaceted visual artist. Her work is mostly figurative, her typical works are monumental sculptures that draw attention to human weaknesses and vices in exaggeration. In small sculptures and drawings she notes and reacts attentively to the impressions of her travels.

Francesca Poza presents, at the Museu del Càntir d'Argentona,
an exhibition where fabrics are intertwined with words forming poetic works of great delicacy

"My work is always the fruit of a double movement, which advances outwards and inwards simultaneously. The action that gives shape to the work also corresponds to a modification of the intimate space, in such a way that the external and internal space are mutually reflected. From this uninterrupted dialogue its hybrid nature is born.

Miquel Arnau. Locus et Lucus
